- For those of us who can’t have dairy and even if you can, you will love this shake!
- The milk I use is the Califia brand that is sold at Whole Foods. This line is amazing and has very clean ingredients. The ingredients in the Coconut-Almond milk are: almond milk, almonds and coconut crème.
- If you haven’t used dates as a sweetener before, now is your chance. Not only do they add sweetness, but you get the fiber and nutrients from them and they also act as a thickener in your shake.
