Cashew Grain-Free Bread Recipe!

Jackie’s Tips:

This is a sturdy loaf of bread, you can make toast, grilled cheese, and french toast.

Cut parchment paper and insert into pan like you see in the photo and you can just lift the bread out after loosening with a knife.

Love this Chosen Foods Oil Spray for coating pans when baking or cooking.

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2. Prepare a loaf pan, coat the sides and bottom with oil spray and a piece of parchment paper. You can also grease pan with butter or ghee.
  • 3. Add 5 eggs to a food processor and pulse until blended. You can make this in a bowl too, just have to mix really well.
  • 4. Add cashew butter, almond flour, baking soda, sea salt, butter or ghee and blend well.
  • 5. Fold in 2 TBSP of apple cider vinegar to mixture, the mixture will bubble a little and the vinegar helps the bread to lift.
  • 6. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and slice a knife through batter to remove air bubbles.
  • 7. Place in preheated oven and bake for 35- 38 minutes or until tester is clean.
  • 8. Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes and then remove bread and place on a cooling rack.
  • 9. When cooled, wrap in plastic wrap and store in fridge. This bread freezes nicely too.
