The star of this guacamole is the avocado. Did you know that avocados are one of the most nutrient dense foods you can eat? Avocados have nearly 20 Vitamins, Minerals, and Phytonutrients. Avocados are full of good fat and fiber so they will help you stay full longer. Avocados are not just for guacamole, I put them in smoothies, chocolate pudding, salads, and the list goes on and on.
I would encourage you to buy organic produce when you can. The Environmental Working Group just came out with their Dirty Dozen and Clean Fifteen List for 2019. You can access the list here and print a copy to keep with you when you are shopping.
