Strawberry Dairy-Free “Ice Cream”

Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup chopped organic strawberries
- 1 scoop or 1 & 1/2 TBSP Vital Proteins Collagen Powder
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 TBSP honey
- Dash of fine sea salt
- Top with chopped strawberries or blueberries
Instructions
- 1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until you have a nice smooth consistency.
- 2. At this point you can serve as a soft serve ice cream and store any leftovers in the freezer.
- 3. If you want the nice scoops that you see in the photo you will need to smooth the "ice cream" into a flat container and freeze for 2-4 hours. I used a rectangular glass container for mine.
- 4. Once frozen, scoop out into small bowls and top with your favorite topping!
